All sales are final sale. No refunds, no exchanges. Please do refer to our size chart or contact our team if you have any questions. Final decision to purchase and size selection is made based on the customers sole discretion. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customers responsibility to enter the accurate address of delivery. Any loss resulting from this will be the sole responsibility of the customer. ​

SHIPPING

• Standard Shipping is free in the US and Canada for all Items over $150. 

• Standard Flat rate for 2 day shipping in Canada is $15. 

• Standard Flat rate for 2 day shipping in US is $20.

• For any other International shipping please email sales@inxviii.com

• Please contact our team at sales@inxviii.com for any rush orders. We will try to accommodate your needs and express ship the items to get to you within your desired time frame. Please allow 3-5 days for processing time and approximately 2 - 3 weeks for your order to be shipped to you. 

TAXES & DUTIES

• Taxes within Canada are calculated based on region. There are no Duties Charged within Canada.

• Internationally our Items are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. It is the customers responsibility to take care of any fees or duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. For Rates specific to where you live we advise you to contact your local Customs offices. 

• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties which may be payable, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
